Billing in the portal
Billing shows your subscription status and product usage inside Engagive. Plans are assigned by Engagive — there is no self-serve checkout in the portal.
Plan packages & public pricing
Compare packages and list prices on the marketing website only. This docs site does not publish package catalogs or rate cards. Use portal Billing for what is active on your business and how much you have used.
Who can open Billing
- Business owners only (employees are redirected away)
- Path: https://app.engagivestudio.com/business/billing
What you see
- Subscription status — whether your business is entitled to paid features (for example active). If payment is overdue, Engagive may show a banner while you still keep access until ops updates the account.
- Usage — meters for the products on your subscription (channels, AI, campaigns, Automations, and similar). Use this to see how close you are to included limits in the current period.
- Feature access — some screens show an upgrade or “not included” message when a capability is outside your entitlements (for example certain AI providers or Automations limits). Contact Engagive to change what is assigned to your business.
When features may be blocked
If enforcement is on for your environment and the business has no entitled subscription (or the subscription is canceled), gated actions can be blocked with a clear message in the portal. Owners should open Billing to confirm status, then contact Engagive support or their account manager — employees cannot change billing.
How to use it day to day
- Sign in as the business owner
- Open Billing in the sidebar
- Check status and usage for the products you care about
- If a module shows “not included” or an upgrade prompt, note which feature — Engagive assigns plan changes; you do not buy packages inside the portal
