Prebuilt workflows for 40+ industries. Open the Library from Automations, pick an industry and a workflow, then Use to create a draft automation you can edit and publish.
What Use does
Use copies the library graph into a new draft automation for your business. It does not activate live traffic. Bind channel accounts, credentials, and copy, then save and publish when ready.

- Operators who want a starting graph instead of a blank canvas
- Teams looking for industry playbooks (support, bookings, lead qualify, commerce, …)
Before you start
- Permission to create automations in Automations
- Channel accounts (WhatsApp / AppChat) for send steps you keep
- Connected Integrations if the workflow shows Slack, Sheets, HubSpot, Shopify, or email chips
Step-by-step
1. Open the Library
In the portal go to Automations and click Library. The dialog title is Automations Library — prebuilt workflows for 40+ industries.
2. Pick an industry
Browse or search industries (for example retail, restaurants, healthcare, SaaS). Each industry lists workflows linked for that vertical.
3. Choose Basic or Advanced
Basic — short starters to customize quickly. Advanced — multi-step production playbooks (classify, branch, approvals, waits, integrations). Rows show Industry: so you know the context.
4. Use → edit → publish
Open a workflow, review the description and integration chips, then Use. You land in the editor with a draft. Bind accounts, adjust messages and parameters, test, then publish when ready.

Limits & troubleshooting
- Library graphs are shared templates — customize copy, accounts, and integration credentials after Use.
- Advanced playbooks may include nodes that need connected integrations; missing credentials fail at run time until you connect them.
