Portal quick start
Use the Engagive business portal to operate channels, Automations, AI, and billing. Public REST APIs are documented separately under Public API — WhatsApp.
Flows are not Automations
WhatsApp Flows are Meta interactive forms you design and publish on a WhatsApp account. Automations are Engagive canvas workflows (triggers, logic, actions) in the portal. They share the messaging stack but are different products.
1. Sign in
Open the business app and sign in with your business user:

After sign-in, use the portal sidebar for the modules your role can access. Start here in docs:
- Channels
Connect WhatsApp and In-App Chat (AppChat), manage contacts, chats, templates, and campaigns.

Build canvas workflows or start from the Automations Library (40+ industries).

Configure bots, knowledge, and providers used in inbox replies and Automations AI nodes.

Review plans, usage, and entitlements for your business (owner).

3. Calling the WhatsApp Public API?
Create a bearer token and copy your WhatsApp account id from the portal first:
