Team & permissions

Control who can sign in to the business portal and which modules they can use (channels, Automations, AI, and more).

Owner vs employee

The business owner always has full access to owner-only pages such as Billing and AI Providers. Employees only see pages allowed by their role.

Employees

Open Employees to invite teammates, set status, and assign a role. Each employee signs in with their own credentials.

Roles & permissions

Under Roles, define named roles and grant page-level permissions (view / manage as offered in the UI). Examples of gated areas: WhatsApp account tabs, AppChat, Automations, Automations Integrations, Master AI, Account groups, Logs.

  • Give agents chat + contacts without Billing or Providers
  • Give automation builders Automations + Integrations without full AI admin
  • Keep owner-only settings on the owner account

Typical steps

  1. Create or edit a role with the modules the job needs
  2. Invite or update an employee and attach that role
  3. Have them sign in and confirm the sidebar matches expectations
  4. For channel visibility across accounts, also configure Account groups
