Executions
Every Test run, Run now, and live event creates an execution you can inspect in the editor.
Where to look
- Open an automation → Executions panel (list of runs for that workflow).
- Runs are numbered per automation as Run #N (1 = oldest for that workflow), not a global platform id.
- Selecting a run shows node statuses under that row (and can load step detail for failures).
Filters & selection
Filter by status (for example Failed) and time range. Opening the editor usually selects the latest execution so you can see the most recent path without hunting.
Reading failures
Failed steps show a readable message. Integration errors often include a Suggested action (reconnect credential, fix channel id, share the spreadsheet, …) plus a provider code for support.
Draft vs live runs
- Tests and sample-data runs are marked as draft / test context in toasts and metadata.
- Live inbound events only fire the published graph while the automation is active.
